A little outside of Ancona Ewald has found a beautiful sleeping place, where we can stay until our departure with the ferry. Ingrid, Thomas and Nando stay with us for another two days,
until they cross over to Croatia by ferry on the 1st of April.
Our shared wish to finally get an italian pizza, unfortunately also doesn´t get fulfilled in this place, instead, after entering a restaurant with Nando, Thomas is called names and shown the door. Moreover Ingrid with Nando nearly gets hit by a reckless italian driver. Beside this offences it is very hard for us, being enthusiastic smokers, to get used to the smoking prohibition in all restaurants.
It is hard to believe that millions of smokers accept this discrimination without a word.
For all of us Italy is no country for holidays. Nevertheless, Ingrid and Thomas leave us and our beautyful camping place with heavy heart..
